These terms govern use of the public website ambraops.com. Subscription to and use of the operational application are also governed by the commercial proposal and agreement accepted by each property.

Website information

Descriptions, images and demonstrations explain AMBRA's general capabilities. Features, pricing, implementation and support applicable to each customer are specified in its proposal or agreement.

Demo requests

Sending an inquiry does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee an implementation date. AMBRA will respond using the contact details supplied by the interested person.

Application access

app.ambraops.com is reserved for authorized users. Credentials are individual, must not be shared and may only be used for the property to which they were assigned.

Responsible use

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another property's information, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests or use AMBRA for unlawful activities.

Intellectual property

AMBRA's name, symbol, design, software, copy and materials are protected. They may not be copied, published or presented as one's own without written permission.

Third-party services

Some links or communications may use third-party services such as WhatsApp, email or technology infrastructure. Their availability and policies are controlled by their respective providers.

Availability and support

AMBRA works to keep the service available and secure. Service levels, support, maintenance and incident handling for customers are established contractually.
